the Owa of Igbajo, a town in Osun State, Oba Olufemi Fashade is dead.
The Punch learnt that the octogenarian royal father passed on, reportedly after failing to recover from an illness on Thursday.
Oba Fashade, a retired soldier, was installed Owa of Igbajo in 1990.
“But formal announcement of his passage won’t be done until all necessary rites are completed,” a source in the town, who preferred anonymity said.
