*MOPA 2026: MOMENTOUS MEDIA PRESENTS AWARD NOTIFICATION LETTER TO NSCDC COMMANDANT-GENERAL, PROF. AHMED ABUBAKAR AUDI IN ABUJA*

*ABUJA, NIGERIA* —
The Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of Momentous Media Group, Amb. Prince Sesan Rufus Awobiye, has officially presented the notification letter for the Strategic Security Leadership and Critical National Assets Protection Award to the Commandant-General of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Professor Ahmed Abubakar Audi, *mni, OFR*.
The official presentation took place yesterday at the Commandant-General’s Office, NSCDC National Headquarters, Jabi, Abuja.
The notification letter formally conveys Professor Audi’s selection as a distinguished awardee at the forthcoming 2026 Momentous Outstanding Personalities Awards (MOPA). The honour recognises his visionary leadership, institutional reforms, and unwavering commitment to safeguarding Nigeria’s critical national infrastructure, regulating private security organizations, and strengthening inter-agency security collaboration.
Speaking during the visit, Amb. Prince Sesan Rufus Awobiye commended the Commandant-General for his outstanding record of service, noting that his recent reappointment by His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, stands as a strong affirmation of his transformative performance and leadership capacity.
The delegation from Momentous Media was warmly received at the NSCDC Headquarters. Following the official presentation, Amb. Prince Sesan Rufus Awobiye, alongside the Principal Staff Officer (PSO) to the Commandant-General, Usman Ishaq Alfadarai, and other key personnel, joined Professor Audi for official photographs to mark the presentation.
The grand presentation ceremony for the Momentous Outstanding Personalities Awards (MOPA 2026) is scheduled to hold in 17th October 2026 at the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) Conference and Exhibition Centre, Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos.
