EMEKA IHEDIOHA: A PARADIGM OF SELFLESS LEADERSHIP

The fact that Emeka Ihedioha was able to award the construction of up to 31 roads, covering some Federal roads, remains a legacy that will outlive this generation.

It is no news saying that Ihedioha came prepared. His 7 Months in office signifies that in simple terms. Ihedioha was not only proactive, he was and will still remain responsive to the plights of the people.

When you move around the capital city of Owerri, and see construction work going on at various sites, there is a feeling of fulfillment that even though it was short, it is not yet over.

His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Emeka Ihedioha remained focused and executed projects that are meaningful to the people.

The Poly-Nekede-Ihiagwa Road has gotten to an advanced stage, up to the Ihiagwa axis from Naze Junction.

The work done at Egbeada Road to AA Rano Fuel Station on the Onitsha-Owerri Road beats the imagination of any sane person who spent the last 8 years in Imo State.

The Operation-No-Pothole was not a campaign promise. It was said and done. And even till today, the Ministry of Works is still moving around the State attending to areas of need.

While plying the road from Orlu road to Police Headquarters, just recently, I discovered that all the roads have been tarred.

There is absolutely no doubt that Ihedioha has left an indelible mark in the sands of time in Imo.
