The Commissioner of Police, Lagos State Command, CP Hakeem Odumosu, has been reported to have lost his mother, Alhaja Sikirat Odumosu, at the age of 88 in the state.

Mother of Lagos CP dies in Babcock University, Ilishan Remo. She will be buried in Ijebu-Ode tomorrow.

As earlier gathered, the mother of the dutiful and highly celebrated Lagos Police boss was said to have passed on after a brief illness which was due to old age in Lagos.

In a brief statement by the Lagos Command’s Spokesperson, CSP Adekunle Ajisebutu stated that, “Mother of Lagos CP dies in Babcock University, Ilishan Remo. She will be buried in Ijebu-Ode tomorrow.”

A source from the family, who spoke to the medium, disclosed that the Octogenarian died on Thursday at about 7:30 pm and that before she passed on, the mother of the Commissioner was surrounded by her loved ones.
