PRINCE (PROF.) GREGORY IDUOROBO AKENZUA, THE SUSPENDED ENOGIE OF EVBUOBANOSA, ARRESTED AND ARRAIGNED IN COURT FOR IMPERSONATION.
Report reaching our desk,says that Prince( Prof.) G.I.Akenzua, the suspended Enogie of Evbuobanosa, was arraigned in court yesterday for impersonation and arrogating to himself the title of a Traditional Ruler in Edo South Senatorial District, an offence which is punishable under Section 20, sub-section 6(a),(b),(c), Section 20, sub-section 7 and,Section 28, sub-section 6 of the Traditional Rulers and Chiefs Edict, No.16 of 1979.
The law says that anyone who has been suspended and still continue to parade himself as such, is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to imprisonment for six months without the option of fine.
