Commandant Ayeni PK visits the Regional Coordinator of the National Identity Management Commission Lagos State.

 

 

 

The Commandant Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Lagos State Command, Commandant Ayeni PK, MSC MBA ANIM ACIA, earlier today received the General Officer Commanding ( GOC), 81 DIVISION NIGERIAN ARMY, Major General Lawrence Fejokwu, in his office, at the Lagos State Command, at Alahusa, Ikeja, Lagos.

 

 

The General Officer Commanding, (GOC), 81 DIVISION NIGERIAN ARMY, Major General Lawrence Fejokwu, commended the Commandant, for his hard work, in ensuring the security and safety of lives and property, in Lagos State. The GOC also commended the Commandant, for his ressillience, in the fight against oil pipeline vandalism, amidst others and charged him to remain courageous and strong against all forms of economic sabotage that may also lead to loss of lives and property, in the state.

 

 

 

 

He promised, to support and assist the command, in the area of training and retraining of its officers and men. He believes that this will as well aid, in fostering inter-agency collaboration and synergy between the Nigerian Army and the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, in Lagos State.

 

 

 

The Commandant, CC Ayeni PK, in his response, expressed his unspeakable joy and gratitude, for having the rare opportunity and privilege, to host the highly distinguished General Officer Commanding, 81 DIVISION, NIGERIAN ARMY. He said that his strong points and requests will include, Synergy, joint training and Retraining of Officers and men, of the command along side with the Army. He also eulogised and appreciated the Nigerian Army, for its past impacts and roles, towards the growth and development of the corps, generally. While seeking, for the support, of the GOC, in fulfilling the statutory mandates and functions, of the corps, he assured the General officer Commanding, of his avowed commitment, to remain dedicated towards the safety of lives and property and Protection of critical national assets belonging to the Federal, State and Local governments amongst others, in the state.

 

 

 

It is pertinent to note that the courtesy visit lasted between 14:00hrs and 15:00hrs, today, 28th April, 2021.

 

 

 

Finally, the Commandant, CC Ayeni PK, presented a gift, to the General officer Commanding, in honour, of his visit, to the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Lagos State Command.

 

 

 

 

In the same vein, the Commandant, CC Ayeni PK also immediately, proceeded to the office, of the Regional Coordinator National Identity Management Commission ( NIMC), Mrs. Olufunmilola Opesanwo, on an operational visit. The Commandant pledged his support, to the NIMC boss, in order to strengthen the cordial ties, between the two organisations, in Lagos State.

 

 

 

The Regional Coordinator of NIMC, in Lagos, Mrs. Olufunmilola Opesanwo, appreciated the Commandant, for his visit and requested, for his continuous support and collaboration, in order, to aid the seemless control of crowd and smooth operations, at the NIMC Head Office, in Lagos.

 

 

 

The Commandant confirmed the deployment, of a few officers, frrom the operation department of the Command to the NIMC Head Quarters, in Lagos State.
