SALIU INAUGURATES EREDO REVENUE TASK FORCE

In a bid to ensure sharp increase in revenue generation and total blockage of leakages, the Executive Chairman of Eredo Local Council Development Area, Hon. Adeniyi Saliu, has inaugurated a 9 – man Revenue Task Force.
In his inaugural address, the Council Boss said, the 9-man task force became imperative owing to dwindling revenue confronted by the Council. We have carefully selected these able men and trust their abilities and experiences, Saliu reiterated.
He urged the team to hit the ground running with immediate effect by harnessing all loop holes ranging from cooperate department revenue, borrow pits, illegal parking on the high ways, among others.
He further sought for the cooperation of all stakeholders with the team for a better result. The Council Boss informed that his administration is determined to complete all ongoing projects embarked upon by this administration, this year.
Mr. Okeowo Adeleke, the coordinator assured that his team will leave no stone unturned, says they are ready for the task ahead.

With the Council Boss at the inauguration were the Executive members of the Council led by the Vice Chairman Hon. Wasiu Taiwo and the leader of the Legislative house, Hon. Lateef Okesanya.
Also in attendance were Executive members of Eredo Artisans, Suppliers, among others.
