The Founder and General Overseer of New Jerusalem Majemu-Eri, Iyanu Ona-Ara, Isamo Popoji, Igbo-Eremi, Oko-Afo, Badagry, Lagos State, Prophetess Ailohi Elizabeth Idowu, has expressed gratitude to God as the ministry marks its 9th anniversary this year.

Speaking during an exclusive interview on Saturday, July 18, 2026, Prophetess Idowu described the journey of the ministry as one of divine grace, unwavering faith, and God’s abundant mercy. She said the past nine years have been filled with testimonies, spiritual growth, deliverance, healing, and lives transformed through the power of God.

According to her, the success and stability of the ministry have been made possible through God’s guidance and the support of dedicated members and her family. She particularly acknowledged the vital role played by her husband, noting that his encouragement, understanding, and prayers have strengthened her throughout the years of ministry.

Prophetess Idowu emphasized that she has always carried her family along in the work of God, stressing that ministry should never come at the expense of family responsibilities. She said maintaining harmony between family life and ministerial duties has been one of the secrets behind the progress of New Jerusalem Majemu-Eri.

She advised fellow women in ministry, especially prophetesses, to value and respect their marriages by carrying their husbands along in their ministerial assignments, A prophetess should not see herself as a single woman simply because she has a calling. God is a God of order, and family remains an important institution. Carry your husband along, respect your home, and let your ministry reflect the love and unity that God desires,” she said.

She encouraged women called into ministry to remain humble, prayerful, and committed to God’s purpose while balancing their spiritual assignments with their responsibilities at home.

Looking ahead, Prophetess Ailohi Elizabeth Idowu expressed confidence that God would continue to expand the ministry beyond its current achievements. She prayed for greater revival, soul-winning, and increased impact in Badagry, Lagos State, Nigeria, and beyond.

As New Jerusalem Majemu-Eri celebrates nine years of God’s faithfulness, members and well-wishers continue to thank God for the remarkable journey while looking forward to greater accomplishments in the years ahead.
