Minister of Aviation, Festus Keyamo directs NCAA to withdraw criminal complaints against Wasiu Ayinde Marshall, popularly known as K1 De Ultimate, reduces his flight ban from six months to one month
Additionally, NCAA will restore the licenses of Captain Oluranti Ogoyi and the co-pilot, First Officer Ivan Oloba of VALUEJET, after the same period of one-month.
In the case of Ms. Comfort Emmanson, on the Ibom Airline, Keyamo conferred with Ibom Airline to withdraw the complaint against her today, while directing the the CP of Airport Command to immediately take the remaining steps to facilitate her release from Kirikiri Prisons within this week.
Keyamo also conferred with the leadership of the Airline Operators of Nigeria (AON) and appealed to them to lift the lifetime flying ban imposed on her, to which they agreed.
