*CP ECHENG URGES ANAMBRA STATE TRADITIONAL RULERS TO USE THEIR POSITION TO PROMOTE NATIONAL INTEREST*

The Commissioner of Police Anambra Stat
e Police Command *CP Echeng Echeng* urges the traditional rulers in Anambra to use their position to open channels of communication to their subjects, to promote national interest and support the security agencies in the fight against crimes and criminality in the state.
The *CP* made this plea on 18/2/2022 as he visited the traditional ruler *HRH Igwe Nnaemeka Alfred Ugochukwu Achebe*, the Chairman Anambra State Traditional Rulers Council in his palace at Onitsha. He also calls for honest and patriotic involvement in identifying our differences and prioritizing goals, to develop deliberate plans in addressing the challenges facing the state.
Responding, the traditional ruler warmly welcomed the *CP* and his entourage and assure the Police chief of their collaboration in enhancing public safety and peace.
In attendance are the Palace Chief of Staff, Chikezie Ogbunike, the President General of Onitsha, DCP Peter Ozigi, ACP John Obuagnaka among others.
