*MOPA 2026: MOMENTOUS MEDIA PRESENTS AWARD NOTIFICATION LETTER TO DIG ADEGOKE FAYOADE IN ABUJA*

*ABUJA, NIGERIA* — The Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of Momentous Media Group, Amb. Prince Sesan Rufus Awobiye, has officially presented the notification letter for the Momentous Outstanding Personalities Award (MOPA 2026) to the Deputy Inspector-General of Police (DIG) in charge of the Department of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and South-West Geopolitical Zone, DIG Adegoke Mustapha Fayoade, mni, psc, MNIM.
The official presentation took place yesterday during an executive visit by the Momentous Media leadership to the police top brass in Abuja.
The notification letter formally conveys DIG Fayoade’s nomination as a distinguished recipient at the upcoming 2026 Momentous Outstanding Personalities Award (MOPA) ceremony. The prestigious honor recognizes his three decades of exemplary service to the Nigeria Police Force, his pioneering efforts in technology-driven and intelligence-led policing, and his relentless dedication to safeguarding lives, property, and civil order across Nigeria.
Speaking during the presentation, Amb. Prince Sesan Rufus Awobiye praised DIG Fayoade for his operational integrity, strategic vision, and remarkable track record in crime prevention and community policing—ranging from his landmark achievements as AIG Zone 2 Command, Lagos, to his elevation to the rank of Deputy Inspector-General.
In his response, DIG Fayoade expressed gratitude to the Board of Editors and Selection Committee of Momentous Media for the recognition, reaffirming his commitment to enhancing public safety, transparency, and modern policing standards in Nigeria.
The grand presentation ceremony for the Momentous Outstanding Personalities Award (MOPA 2026) is scheduled to hold on October 17, 2026, at the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) Conference and Exhibition Centre, Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos.
