He explained that the Union operates through regional structures across various cities and prefectures, with Kyushu comprising communities in Fukuoka, Kitakyushu, Kumamoto, Kagoshima and other surrounding areas. As President of the Kyushu chapter, Samuel oversees activities within the region and reports directly to the national leadership in Tokyo in his capacity as Vice President of the Nigerian Union Japan.
