Working alongside him is Emmanuel O. Popoola, Director, a construction management expert and registered quantity surveyor with extensive experience in project management, quantity surveying, cost consultancy, and infrastructure development.

The company’s technical team also includes Samuel Hunsa, Architect; Inofe Abraham Lawani, Construction Manager; and Ayotunde Ogunsola T., Civil Engineer and COREN-certified professional, whose combined expertise ensures that every project is delivered to the highest professional standards.

ROCKHORIZON PROJECT LIMITED has successfully executed and continues to deliver several notable projects, including the construction of 10 semi-detached duplexes in Ikoyi, Lagos; an eight-unit, four-storey apartment development in Ajah, Lagos; 18 duplex apartments at Eleko, Lagos; and an eleven-unit, five-storey apartment project at Jakande, Lekki Phase 2. The company is also executing a Residential Estate at Ikate, Lagos, a Hotel Development at Otokutu, Ughelli, and other residential developments along Abraham Adesanya, Ajah, Lagos.
