Momentous Magazine Presents Award Notification Letter to Senator Prof. Dayo Faduyile

The Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of Momentous Magazine, Ambassador Prince Sesan Rufus Awobiye, yesterday formally presented the official Notification of Award letter to Distinguished Senator Prof. Francis Adedayo Faduyile, OON, at his office in the National Assembly Complex, Abuja.
The presentation followed Senator Faduyile’s recent assumption of office as the Senator representing Ondo South Senatorial District in the National Assembly under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The award notification formally informs the distinguished lawmaker of his selection as the recipient of the Distinguished Leadership in Medical Excellence, Public Health Administration and National Service Award at the forthcoming Momentous Outstanding Personalities Award (MOPA) 2026.
According to Momentous Magazine, the honour is in recognition of Senator Faduyile’s outstanding contributions to Nigeria’s healthcare sector, his exemplary leadership as a former President of the Nigerian Medical Association (NMA), and his continued commitment to national development through legislative service.
Speaking after the presentation, Ambassador Prince Sesan Rufus Awobiye noted that Senator Faduyile’s transition from a distinguished medical career to the National Assembly reflects a lifetime dedicated to service, professionalism, and nation-building.
“Prof. Dayo Faduyile has distinguished himself as an accomplished medical practitioner, healthcare administrator, and now a legislator. His remarkable achievements in medicine, public health administration, and public service make him a worthy recipient of this prestigious recognition,” he said.
The Momentous Outstanding Personalities Award celebrates distinguished Nigerians and global leaders whose contributions have significantly impacted governance, healthcare, business, security, diplomacy, education, and national development.
Senator Faduyile, who recently assumed office following the vacancy created by the appointment of former Senator Jimoh Ibrahim as Nigeria’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations, has built an enviable reputation through decades of service in the medical profession and public administration.
The award presentation ceremony is expected to bring together eminent personalities from government, the diplomatic community, the private sector, healthcare, security agencies, academia, and other strategic sectors to celebrate excellence, visionary leadership, and outstanding service to humanity.
